90-Day Latex Exchange

Most of the time, we are able to help you select the perfect configuration for your Savvy Rest mattress. That’s what our savvy is about. Your mattress is a long-term investment in your comfort and health, however, so we want to make sure you are comfortable for years—not minutes. This is one of the advantages of purchasing a Savvy Rest.

You have 90 days from the date you receive your Savvy Rest mattress to be sure you’re happy with its firmness or softness. If you decide within that period that you’d prefer a layer softer or firmer than your original choice, just contact the store you purchased from or, if you bought directly from Savvy Rest, contact us. Just let us know "I'd like to order a latex exchange" and provide your order number. Tell us whether you need a replacement half, halves or a solid, which firmness/es, and which type of latex. And confirm which layer/s you will return.

We will ship you the replacement layer/s. Once the box arrives, simply unzip your mattress casing, remove the layer you’d like to replace, and return it to us in the same box the new piece or pieces came in. You pay the round-trip cost of shipping to receive and return a layer. There is no charge for the latex unless you upgrade from Dunlop to Talalay, in which case an upgrade fee applies*. Shipping costs vary based on size; your dealer will tell you the cost when you call to order an exchange.

The latex exchange policy is not a return policy. We do not accept returned mattresses or pillows. Savvy Rest’s latex exchange policy allows you to be confident you are receiving the finest in customized fit and customer service.

The latex exchange policy does not apply to custom-sized mattress orders nor to orders shipped outside of the United States.

*Note: Once a layer is in your home it is considered used and cannot be resold.  Therefore, if Talalay is exchanged for Dunlop, regrettably no credit is issued.
